Directions:
Slip the covers of your book under the two vertical ribbons which secures your book to the BookBuddy. The pages of your book are held down by the two angled ribbons located on each side of the BookBuddy; and all of these ribbons are adjustable to accommodate most book sizes.

Well as it turned ou after all I did get a call back and put my order in. By getting somebody back with me made me feel like they care about their customers and never gave up on me. Sometimes we have to realize that companies can have an overload of shipments and may take time to get things sorted out. It was so worth the wait because she was very kind and took time to listen and most important that my order was for my sissy.
